1. Shipping Methods

HealthDynamic provides direct shipping options to our customers.

Most of our products will be shipped directly abroad.

Your order will be shipped to you via courier. Courier is a speedy delivery service, with an effective tracking system and insurance program. Courier is able to offer a secured delivery worldwide. You can track your package with the tracking code provided by us and it will be delivered.

Note: Regardless of the carriers, your parcel may be opened at customs for inspection. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Shipping Rates

•A. The delivery fee varies depending on the designated country and weight of the order, which includes the wrapping and packaging.

•B. Following checkout completion, the HealthDynamic will send a confirmation email containing the final price, which includes shipping fees. Please respond to this email and confirm your acceptance the total charge to have your order shipped promptly.

3. Customs, Duties, and Tax

Applicable customs and import duties will be charged after the parcel arrives in its designated country. These charges must be paid separately by the customer.

Note: In accordance with the import goods regulation of custom incurred import TAX + VAT in the Mainland China, product purchased from HealthDynamic for personal use in China, it is required your personal identity card for proofing, please send your copied identity card via email to us.

4. Shipping Time and Tracking

•A. An order usually arrives 2 to 14 business days after it is shipped. Factors such as weekends, national holidays, customs clearance, delayed payments, and delayed shipping fee confirmation will extend shipping time. Please request the order tracking number from the shop in the event it is not provided automatically.

•B. Once the order has been shipped, the Online shop will send you an email containing the order tracking number. Orders shipped with carrier can be tracked directly from their site, found here.

•C. If you have not received the tracking number for your order, we suggest you contact the Online shop via email.

5. Shipping Issues

My package did not arrive

If your package does not arrive within a couple of weeks after the purchase date, first track your order to ensure no issues occurred during the shipping process. If your problem is still unresolved, please contact HealthDynamic with an explanation description of the situation.
